The combination of a Xerox® DocuMate® 4830 and a Visioneer® NetScan™ 3000 creates an elegant solution that allows departments in the office to save time and resources by only having to make one trip to the scanner. The Visioneer NetScan 3000 is a 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet port designed to connect a certified Xerox® DocuMate® scanner directly to a network allowing it to be a shared resource. The DocuMate 4830 buttons are preset at the optimal resolution, color depth, file format and paper size for common scanning tasks, and can be easily changed at any time. Ideal for document management, the DocuMate 4830 includes software tools to edit, crop and retouch scanned images and organize the files into folders. With the touch of a button, users are able to scan and automatically store, OCR, print, attach or view their documents in a range of locations from the desktop to the cloud.
