ZDAAS was awarded, as Prime Contractor, the MHBE IDIQ for Consulting and Technical Support Services to deliver core Project Management services primarily via a DLLR ICON Project Manager (PM) for the ICON in full compliance with the State of Maryland System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies. ZDAAS provides candidates for nine of the ten key functional areas: 1) Enterprise Service Provider, 2) Web and Internet Services, 3) Electronic Document Management, 4) Software Engineering, 5) Help Desk Services, 6) Information System Security, 8) IT Auditing Consulting Services, 9) Management Consulting Services, 10) Documentation/ Technical Writing.
