ZDAAS is supporting the customization of the Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) Voter Registration Application (MDVOTERS) project. The SBE has tasked ZDAAS to provide application software operational and maintenance (O&M) support, database administration and help desk support services for the statewide MDVOTERS registration system to meet the mission of the SBE which includes providing, “all eligible citizens of the State convenient access to voter registration … and maintain registration records … and other election-related data.”
The MDVOTERS application software located in Annapolis, Maryland provides policy and direction to the 24 Local Board of Elections (LBEs) officials in the conduct of elections and the operation of various election related systems, supporting 3.7 million active registered voters. ZDAAS, as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), is currently providing experienced information technology professionals to support the SBE transition project and continues to support the initiatives of the SBE and meet the needs of MDVOTERS.
